SOBI2 by Sigsiu is a really good Content Construction Kit.
We have used SOBI2 for MOST of our Joomla websites because it fills such a basic need. We have some other templates that aren't posted, but they mostly all use elements from these.
We have adopted it for many uses for our clients, and are going to put some of our hard work back into the community by offering up SOBI templates.
We will update this page with examples as we build them.

4. Staff List - FREEWe were using a few different components to display the employees or staff of a company but got pretty tired of the strange administration, and limitations. SOBI is perfect for a list of employees because it is so powerful. In SOBI you can change easily from one to two column, or change the number on a page, or many more settings. 5. Restaurant Menu Template - FREEWe have tried a number of components like phoca menu and similar and decided SOBI would be a better application to use - you get lots of control over the CSS this way. We are going to release an update to this template later this week to include an icon - and maybe a logo in the detail view - right now there is no detail view for this template. 6. Store Locator - Store LocationsOur friends at DrPCFix.com are adding a second store and we thought this would also work really well for our restaurant locations that have multiple locations. Specifically a pizza place we'll show off once we implement this - for the example we'll use Dr PC Fix. This has a google map on the v-card view, and we've seen it load quickly even with 100 items on a page. The detail view also has a twitter widget! Have fun.. 7. Real Estate Template - Advanced *NEWLike a lot of web companies, we do a lot of sites for real estate professionals.
