I have a bug on the demo site where the map disappears - this is something we've seen on other templates, like the CSS gets overwritten - we'll update here first thing this morning when we can figure it out.

 The issue with the store locator template has to do with the sobi2 cache being turned on. It does not cache the javascript that gets inserted each refresh. So if you're having a problem with maps not rendering in vcard view then just turn off the sobi2 cache(both second and third level).
